Empty L.A by Matt Logue | A Photography Series

Ever wondered what Venice Beach, Santa Monica, or even Silverlake would look like without Angelenos, transplants, or skinny jeans? Matt Logue, former leader of the Lord of the Rings 3D team, had the same idea. Stocked with an immense imagination & a 3D toolkit, Matt puts together some of the most lurking yet creeping photos of Los Angeles seen to this day. It’s simply our city without humanoids. The 405 without 18 wheelers and Bentleys. Downtown L.A without skid row, urban dogs, and artistic endeavors. Venice without it’s boardwalk acts, tatoo’d musicians, and farmas. It’s an Empty L.A.
